Google Wallet

Check out the new Google wallet: How Google Wallet works: Tap your phone on the reader.
Your phone sends payment, and, at some merchants, offers and loyalty information. The first release of Google Wallet is expected to be released on the Nexus S 4G on the Sprint network. Additional devices with NFC capabilities will follow. Sign up to be notified about the release at http://www.google.com/wallet/.  Give your smartphone some credit tap your phone to pay with the virtual payment cards stored in your Google Wallet. When Google Wallet launches, it will support these cards: Citi® MasterCard®,the Google Prepaid Card and gift cards at participating merchants.  Google aims to eventually support all the payment cards you keep in your leather wallet today.

Pittsburgh Marathon

PITTSBURGH -- More than 22,000 runners participated in the Dick’s Sporting Goods Pittsburgh Marathon, UPMC Health Plan Pittsburgh Half Marathon and the FedEx Ground Pittsburgh Marathon Relay on Sunday morning.

"The community involvement is really incredible in Bloomfield, Braddock and Oakland. It was really great running in all the neighborhoods and seeing all the different ethnic backgrounds. It's a really diverse city," runner Josh Stacher said.
